From Magyar Közút Zrt.– alarm notification due to presumable unauthorised road use
If this alert request is configured in the HU-GO interface, the service provider will notify the requesting carrier within 3 hours if our company’s control system detects a suspected unauthorized road use involving a toll-liable vehicle.
This free convenience feature will be available from 29 December 2025.
From i-Cell Kft.–alarm notification via an SMS or a telephone call in case of malfunctioning
If we detect an identifiable problem on your toll device, a notification will be sent in 10 minutes.
From i-Cell Kft.– Alarm notification due to possibly data fail
Final warning: the device has not sent any signals for more than 24 hours. By monitoring this information, you can avoid fines in a high percentage of cases.
From i-Cell Kft.– Alarm notification of skipping report
Every registered user gets it via email, if the OBU S550 device has not provided data for a certain period of time, then it started to operate again. This notification is sent only after the failure has occurred, nevertheless, it is useful to be able to avoid further errors.
We can send the notification of Magyar Közút Zrt.- according to the General Contractual Terms and Conditions set for Toll Declaration Operators- only if the malfunctioning of your toll declaration device can be clearly determined with remote detection.

You can unsubscribe from notifications via phone call and /or via SMS by filling out the declaration that you can download by clicking on the following link. Please send us the completed declaration with an authorised company signature in a scanned version to the obus550@icell.hu e-mail address .
